Cylwin has been setup by quality professional in production division to monitoring the quality in every stages of production.
We have our own dedicated designing team to research on embroidery and printing techniques as per client needs.
Our knitting division has been setup with imported circular knitting machines namely Mayer, Lie and Smart. Knit a different types of fabrics like Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Loop knit, Waffle, Pique, Lycra Jersey etc…. The fabric produce in house is enough capacity to meet our requirements and also meet fabric quality standards.
Our laboratory has been set up with the largest testing equipments and is manned by well trained and qualified technicians. Every fabric and garment has checked by required test as per customer requirement.
Our cutting division equipped with latest technology machine Gerber with cad and exclusive plotter facilities, Which is helps to achieve precision in cutting. In addition to this we have band knife machines and manual cutting divisions manned by well-trained labours.
Our embroidery division has been setup by Tajima and Baruden machines using CAM/CAD designing, Which is able to produce mass quantity of complicated embroidery designs up to 9 colours-18 heads along with two colours sequins devices and laser cut with latest technology.
Our sewing division has been setup by 1500 machines namely Juki,Yamato, Pagasus, Siruba and Brother. Like singer machines, over lock machines, flat lock machines, button hole machines, buttoning machines.
Advanced technology machines are support to product quality and also improve the production. We employing skilled and well trained labours to ensure the quality as per customer requirement.
Sophisticated our printing division has been automatic machine 14 colour MHM and 12 colour Hebbecker machine. Also manual printing machine with fully integrated setup of fusing. curing machineries.film making and screen developing equipments.
Our Sophisticated facility has multiple wash options such as silicon/stone washes. Bio wash and enzyme wash etc…..
We have used NAMOTO machines for pressing.
From production to packing our team of supervisors keeps a constant vigil to see that there are no lapses in the entire process. When it comes finally to packing every garment is checked before packing is ensuring correctness.
We are equipped with needle detector 100% needle detecting is always done on all the finished garments. Before packing to ensure that no one sent out with a flaw tagged.
